2020 Marsanne from the Humis Vineyard in Heathcote is fermented 4 weeks on the skins and aged under flor. 2020 Sauvignon blanc from the Galli Estate in Sunbury sees two days of maceration and 18 whole months under flor. The two were blended together and bottled with a touch of 2021 Chardonnay must for fermentation in bottle. Unfined, unfiltered
