Pears, apples, and hybrid grapes. The pomme fruits were the earlier ones from the year - a very aromatic asian pear, and lots of apples that remind you of macintosh - floral/juicy, but lacking the tannic structure and bass notes of later-season tree fruit. The grapes are Frontenac, niagara, and a nameless red hybrid. Local honey to start the secondary in bottle.
