Tada Winery Chardonnay (54ppm SO2) 2024 (2024) is white wine made by Tada Wine from chardonnay blended across four plantings 2011 23, 2012, 2017, 2019 vines 8 to 14 years old at harvest. It is imported to the US by D-I Wine and available through the trade in NY, in stock as of 2026-10-02.

Chardonnay trained to unilateral horizontal cordon on an alluvial fan, vines 8–14 years old. Hand-harvested 7–10 October 2024 at 21.53° Brix and pH 2.97. Damaged and rotten fruit removed by hand, then pressed gently at low pressure as whole bunches. Roughly 24 hours of débourbage, followed by 22 days of spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeast in synthetic resin tanks. Aged about 9 months, 36% in used French oak and 64% in stainless steel. No acidification, no chaptalization, no fining, no filtration. SO2 added only in the minimum quantity needed at bottling, to avoid negative reactions in bottle.
